Happy Monday Backstory…

In junior high school, I started collecting inspirational quotes and articles that encouraged me to be a positive influence.

Later, when I started working after college, I noticed many negative attitudes around me, especially on Mondays. So, I decided to use my collection to create weekly messages called "Happy Mondays" to share with my colleagues.

I continued this practice, but it wasn't until I was diagnosed with cancer that I realized the true purpose of my passion.

When I turned 40, I fulfilled my promise of starting an inspirational speaking and personal growth business; just a few months later, I was diagnosed with cancer, which seemed “interrupting.” Initially, I was fighting this unexpected shift because I believed it was messing with the timing of my life dreams and the bold decision I had recently made. But then, God led me to realize this "pause" had a bigger purpose.

It became evident that it's easy to maintain a positive attitude when everything is going well. However, it requires inner strength to sustain a positive outlook when times are tough. In this situation, I viewed it as an opportunity to embrace the mindset and attitude that my Happy Monday messages always inspire, empowering me to embody my beliefs genuinely. Additionally, this unexpected change gave me enough time to create a platform and process to allow my special recipients' list to share the messages with others in their lives, offering a unique way to influence and maintain meaningful connections.

My collection of inspirational quotes has evolved into a movement, inspiring many to adopt a positive attitude and perspective. My role is to passionately design weekly messages that shape our attitude, perspective, and tone for the week ahead. Your role (as a special recipient!) is to consciously allow these messages to sink deep into your heart and become a part of your being. Then, intentionally take action by using your influence to create positive ripple effects worth being around!
