  • What has brought me a sense of fulfillment?

  • What accomplishments can I celebrate? (Log of Wins)

  • In what ways did I intentionally add value to others? (Daily Day-Maker)

  • How would I describe my tone and attitude?

  • Is there anything else I should consider and take responsibility for to grow?

When looking toward the next 7 days… 

  • What will I do with intentionality?

  • What accomplishments do I expect to see by the end of the week?

  • What greatness do I believe is possible?

  • What does my personal best look like?

  • How can I utilize my influence to make a positive impact?

  • Is there anything else I should consider to help me stay focused and authentically grounded?

    • In the morning: “What will I do with intentionality today?”

    • In the evening: “What did I do with intentionality today?”
