Happy Friday!

This is your nudge to wrap up your week by holding a mini-meeting with yourself to stop, pause, and reflect.

Many people age without getting better. The key is intentionally setting aside time for reflection, adjustment, and personal growth. As Andy Stanley shares, “We don’t drift in good directions; we discipline and prioritize ourselves there.”

It’s not experience that’s the best teacher; rather, it’s the evaluation of our experiences. Reflection turns experience into insight.

The following Happy Friday questions will guide your thinking and growth, and while the questions remain the same, your answers will evolve, reflecting who you are.

Evaluating our experiences enhances our self-awareness, an essential aspect for personal growth.

… inspiring intentionality!

When I look back on the last 7 days

  • What did I love?

  • What did I learn?

  • Where am I winning?

  • What am I grateful for?

  • How have I grown personally?

  • Anything else?

When I look toward the next 7 days…

  • What will I intentionally prioritize and why?

  • Where will I grow personally, and why?

  • What am I believing, and how will I influence it?

  • How will I add value to others?

  • What will I let go of, and why?

  • Where will I be winning, and how does it feel?

  • What will I move toward, and what is driving this momentum?

  • What does my ideal attitude and mindset look like?

  • Anything else?

When I look toward today’s 7B’s

  • Be: Who will I be?

    • [This helps you visualize your attitude, empowering you to be “that.”]

  • Believe: What am I believing?

    • [This helps you productively shape your thoughts, actions, and outcomes.]

  • Become: Where will I grow personally, and what will I let go of?

    • [This helps you let go of what’s draining you because a great mindset with a toxic heart doesn’t get very far.]

  • Blessed: What are my blessings?

    • [This reprograms your brains negativity bias. The happiest people are deliberately grateful; gratitude is an antidote to fear.]

  • Bless: Who will I bless?

    • [This empowers you to bless others in unexpected ways, filling your life with wealth money can’t buy.]

  • Brilliance: What uplifting statement will I say to myself and believe?

    • [This is important because your dominant thoughts shape your identity. Repeated thoughts create a consistent "brand," and your subconscious mind responds to what you feed it.]

  • Bookend each day by asking…

    • [This helps you decide what you will do with intentionality because intentions are created.]

In the morning: “What will I do with intentionality today?”

In the evening: “What did I do with intentionality today?”

  • Bonus One! Where am I winning?

    • [This daily discipline trains your brain to focus on the micro-improvements, which protect your hope, give you energy, and create momentum.]

  • Bonus Two! Who and what will influence me?

    • [This controls the door to the influences that shape your attitude and life, closing your mind to negativity and allowing others to think for you.]
