How we communicate matters! It’s key to our credibility as individuals and as leaders. We are called to have integrity and authenticity in the way we communicate. We want to ensure that our words bring life to everyone around us! 

To strengthen your communications:

Look for kindness. Do you exhibit kindness and self-control in your communications? 

Ensure your words match your actions. When you do, it opens the door for the people around you to listen to what you say.

Strive to be clear. Don’t assume people understand your intentions or silence. Let clarity be your best friend! 

Be the place where rumors and gossip stop spreading.

Be quick to admit when you’ve made a mistake. We’re all learning as we go. Admitting fault isn’t the easiest thing to do, but it is a mark of humility and maturity.

Listen with the same passion with which you want to be heard.

No matter where you have influence or where your communications happen, my prayer is that you’ll bring forth unstoppable and overflowing love and grace into every life you touch. That choice is yours!
