Ovid said, “Nothing is stronger than habit.” Habits are those patterns of daily behavior that make us who we are.
John Maxwell wrote, “If we want to do something with our lives, then we must focus on today. That’s where tomorrow’s success lies. The secret of your success is determined by your daily agenda. Successful people make right decisions early and manage those decisions daily.” He added, “You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.”
We make decisions in life and then carry them out daily. They show up on our daily itineraries. This stresses the importance of living a well-ordered life, one day at a time.
Every day is a new opportunity to place vision toward your future, believing in the gift of growth from an abundant perspective.
Our pastor recently stated, “You have no idea what hangs in the balance of a single decision.” The significance of this statement holds a unique truth for all of us, and I encourage you to discern what it means to you personally. Sometimes a simple step, taken daily, has a profound ripple effect. What might this be for you? And what energizes you to embrace it?
Intentionally Own It! What growth does this message inspire me to embrace, and what makes it matter? When I embrace it, who am I becoming, and what value does this add to my life and to others?
