I frequently say, “It’s a good day to have a great day!” It does not guarantee it will happen, but the moment I say it, its likelihood increases. It's a great belief to move forward.

I do focus much on beliefs, and I always will, because what we believe is ultimately more important than what we do; our beliefs will propel us into action. Hope-filled people do not just believe in a better future; they position themselves for it.

Hope is not wishful thinking. People of hope believe the future will be better than the present and that they have the power to help make it so. Hope does not wait for a better future. Hope helps build one.

Hope-filled people do not just desire change—they invest in it. They ask, What can I do today that makes tomorrow’s breakthrough more likely? What can I build into my life that supports what I am believing for? What actions agree with the future I want to see?

It is living with the understanding that our daily choices matter and that small acts of faith create momentum. The life you live in the future will be the result of today’s thoughts, choices, and actions.

Here’s a hope-infused mindset you can embrace:

Believe Forward. When we believe forward in faith, we raise expectations, strengthen perseverance, and influence the choices we make. Speaking life matters because our words reinforce either faith or limitation. When our beliefs and words align with what we hope for, we position ourselves forward, in faith.

Live Alert. What we consistently hear shapes what we expect, and what we expect often shapes what we believe and attempt. Live your life alert to growth that builds your faith, renews your perspective, and keeps you focused on what is possible.

Move Forward. Breakthroughs are connected to steps you have not yet taken, and they become more likely when we take initiative and do something that agrees with what we believe. Doors rarely open for people who never approach them. Knocking on doors increases the likelihood because action creates opportunities that passivity never will. When we ask, seek, try, apply, reach out, or start something new, we create room for learning, connection, and momentum.

Embrace Others. Many desires and goals are fulfilled in the context of a relationship. People connections increase the likelihood of breakthroughs because the right relationships can bring wisdom, encouragement, favor, partnership, and open doors.

If we truly believe the future will be better, we will be energized to do things that align with that belief. Hopeful people organize their lives around it.

A hope-infused mindset is not passive – it moves, takes action, and gives God something to work with.

Think about your life without limits. What does that statement look like and mean to you, and what’s required to get you there?

Intentionally Own It! What growth does this message inspire me to embrace, and why does it matter? When I embrace it, who am I becoming, and what value does this add to my life and to others?
