We often see potential and possibilities in others that they may not recognize in themselves. When you share your vision for them and express what they can become, you help set a direction for their lives. Your words have the power to guide people toward their divine destiny. Many individuals do not fully realize their potential because no one has encouraged them to do so. No one has taken the time to say, “Hey, you’re great at this. You have a talent here. You’re going to achieve something amazing!”

One of our assignments in life is to bring out the seeds of greatness in others. Look around and notice who God has placed in your life; they are there for a reason. Take the time to study their strengths. What are they good at? What are their gifts? What do they excel in? Don’t just think about it—speak vision into their lives. Tell them what they can become. Tell them who they are, not who they aren’t. Be a hope-dealer of potential and possibilities.

Let your encouragement awaken the greatness within them. Help them build their confidence so they can achieve all that God has called them to be!

Be the type of person who inspires others to look forward to tomorrow!
