Know who you are before the world tells you who you should be.

Before you were a leader, you were a person.

Before the title; before the role; before the expectations; before all the voices telling you who you should be and what a successful life should look like—there was you.

And knowing that person matters.

Because it's easy to become so busy building a life that we rarely stop to ask whether the life we're building actually reflects who we are.

  • What matters to me?

  • What do I value?

  • What makes me come alive?

  • What do I want more of—and less of?

  • Who am I becoming?

And maybe one of the most important questions: Am I intentionally designing my life—or simply responding to it?

That's why I created You. Defined!

In my early 20s, someone gave me a journal. It became a simple place to land my thinking—to capture ideas, questions, dreams, quotes, and things I was discovering about myself. I didn't realize then how significant that practice would become.

For years, I continued collecting ideas about intentionality, leadership, and life. I've always been fascinated by what helps people grow—not just what they accomplish, but who they become.

Then I became a certified leadership coach, and something clicked.

Coaching showed me the extraordinary power of helping people think from within rather than continually looking outside themselves for answers.

And I began to see more clearly something I had believed for a long time: Who we are on the inside profoundly shapes how we live, lead, and influence on the outside.

I wanted to create a place where other people could experience that kind of discovery for themselves.

So, for more than a year, I got up early in the morning to pray, write, and take the next step—one day built on another.

Ideas became questions. Questions became exercises. And eventually, years of collecting, learning, coaching, and living became You. Defined!

What began as a place to land my own thinking became a resource designed to help you land yours.

Imagine having a place for that.

A tidy, organized place to land your thinking.

A place you can return to when life feels noisy, when you're making a decision, when something is changing—or simply when you want to understand yourself a little better.

A place to think about:

Your values.
Your strengths.
Your story.
Your priorities.
Your relationships.
Your dreams.
Your life + leadership.

Not someone else's definition of who you should be – Yours. Because when we create space to pay attention to what's happening within, something begins to happen.

Clarity grows, confidence follows, and choices become more intentional.

We begin to hear our own voice through the noise; we notice what matters; we recognize what no longer fits.

Instead of letting life happen around us, we become more intentional about how we want to live it.

We begin designing from the inside out.

That's You. Defined!

An online, self-paced coaching experience designed to help you cut through the clutter, get curious about what's happening within, and become more intentional about what you design from there.

I'll guide you through You. Defined! with coaching, stories, thoughtful questions, and practical exercises that help you discover more of who you are, what matters to you, and how you want that to show up in the way you live and lead.

Dare to go within → Define what matters → Show up as YOU!

No formula to follow. No pressure to become someone else. No putting yourself in another box. Just a place to pause, think, discover, and intentionally decide what you want to carry forward.

Move through it at your own pace, and return when you need to recalibrate. Use it individually, alongside someone you care about, or with a team or group.

It's online, on-demand, and yours to return to, because you're never really finished becoming.

Your life leaves a mark.

You get to be intentional about what that mark will be – that's why I'm so passionate about You. Defined!

When you understand yourself more deeply, you can participate in your life more intentionally.

You don't have to wait for the world to define what matters, what success should look like, or who you should become.

You get to go within.

You get to listen.

You get to choose.

You get to design from there.

Simple reflection. Meaningful discovery. Greater clarity.
