“Don’t criticize, condemn, or complain.” – Dale Carnegie
Complaining is a habit that can be broken. Choose to cultivate a mindset of gratitude and positivity instead.
Complaining, whether in thought or word, leads us to live weak and powerless lives. To live a powerful life, practice gratitude and express your thankfulness. Understand that complaining negates the principle of appreciation, while being grateful empowers us and brings joy to our everyday experiences. There is no positive power in complaining. While complaining may seem powerful, it is a negative form of power. To free yourself from negativity, make a daily effort to stop complaining and focus on being intentionally thankful. Watch as your life transforms with this new attitude!
It is always possible to be grateful for what is given rather than to complain. One attitude or the other becomes a habit in life.
