Genuine people focus on others rather than themselves, living to add value. They recognize they have tremendous power to affect the lives of those around them.

When we see people the right way, we treat people the right way. Let’s aspire to be genuinely grounded people who use our influence to make a positive impact in the world.

Everybody wants to be somebody. Every person wants to be affirmed. Every person wants to be loved. Every person wants to be well considered. Everybody wants to be somebody. That is true from the smallest of children to the oldest adults. We can help people become great simply by showing them we believe in them.

Nobody cares how much you know until they know how much you care. The only thing people want to know from us is whether we really care about them.

Everybody needs somebody. Most people are looking for someone willing to invest in them, to encourage them to be the person God created them to be.

Anybody who helps somebody influences a lot of somebodies. Influence influences. The greater the positive impact you have on another person, the more likely that person is to turn around and positively influence others. Encouragement has a ripple effect.
